Unlike OEM these are made from industrial grade plastic, providing added strength without adding weight.  They also do not warp, do not have wood knots or cracks, and can withstand long-term outside storage.  Used by aeration contractors for years and hold up better than OEM (based on our own testing and customer feedback).
