***  2 New Rear Tires, Front Tires 1) 85% Tread and other Tire 50% Tread

***   New Both Top and Bottom Seat Cushions, New Air Ride Compressor Pump with Working Air Ride Seat.

***   Checked Grease Level on the Front Wheels, Planetaries.  No Leaks!!  

***   Factory Add On, # 31527 Flow Divider Kit for the Ultimate Tire Traction.  Around $2500 add on.

**** The Integrity of the Deck Pans are Excellent, Under the Deck Pans, the Baffles are Great! Remember this Mower came from NC Mountains. NO SAND, NO SALT!

*** 7 Brand New Toro Rear Deck Rollers w/Brackets. $2900. All (14) Front Rollers are Rebuilt and have Brand New Fafnir Bearings, $600 

*** 7)  27" decks. All of the Lifts  Arms Rebuilt as Needed. All 7) Lift Shafts are Straight.  Center Bushing and Outer Bushing Replaced as Needed . Replaced Deck Bearings as Needed. All Arms are tight. 

*** 7) New 27" Gator Blades

*** Top w/Cooling Fan

 *** Yanmar 55hp Diesel with 4175 Hrs, Around 2410 hrs on PTO
