Assistant Superintendent

We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Assistant Superintendent to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about the golf course industry, eager to continue learning, and interested in becoming a Superintendent in the future.

Located on the shores of Skaneateles Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes region, Skaneateles Country Club is a family-oriented private club with a rich history and an active membership. The club is at its busiest during the summer months, with a full golf calendar, numerous member events, and families enjoying all the club has to offer. Our team takes pride in providing exceptional playing conditions while maintaining a positive culture built around teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Superintendent and Lead Assistant Superintendent in all aspects of golf course maintenance and management. This is a hands-on leadership position with significant involvement in daily operations, agronomic programs, crew management, and decision-making.
