After 21 years, Prestwick Country Club's Equipment Manager plans to retire this upcoming Fall.
Established in 1964, Prestwick Country Club strives to be the finest full-service, family-oriented, and private golf and country club in the Chicagoland area. The Club offers its members and their guests one of the finest, exclusive golfing, dining, and entertainment environments in the southwestern suburbs. We offer the following:
· 18 Holes of Championship Golf
· Driving Range and Short Game Practice Area
· Heated Pool, Tennis Courts, Sports Court
· Fine Dining, Members Bars, Poolside Snack Shop and Tiki Bar
· Social Events and Family Activities
Equipment Manager
· Reports Directly to the Course Superintendent
· Maintain all Green & Grounds equipment in excellent working order
· Conduct daily inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
· Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage
· Develop long-term strategies for equipment replacement and upgrades
· Work independently with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through

Job Requirements
· Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of small engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and cutting units
· Effective communication and organizational skills
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Certification in automotive repair, diesel engine repair, or similar fields
