Sterling Farms is looking for an individual who wants to join a fun, fast paced work environment. It’s an exciting time for SFGC as we are in the beginning stages of a Master Plan for the property developed by architect Matt Dusenberry . Currently the property houses an 18 hole championship golf course, a two tiered heated driving range, 3 practice greens, tennis courts, a theatre, and 2 restaurants. The Master Plan will not only be detailing changes on the golf course, but across the entire property. This will include bunker reconstruction, pump house upgrades, irrigation system upgrades, greens reconstruction, tee construction, short game area improvements, and maintenance facility upgrades.

Job Requirements
Experience Requirements
2 years experience on a golf course would be ideal, but would make an exception for the right candidate with a good work history.
Educational Requirements
2 or 4 year Turfgrass Management Degree, Certificate in Agronomy or related field.
