Working with the Director of Agronomy, Superintendents & Assistant Superintendents, we are excited to welcome AITS opportunities at APOGEE for 2026.
Apogee Club is a passion project presented by two highly successful businessmen, Mr. Michael Pascucci & Mr. Stephen Ross. Apogee is currently in the construction phase with plans to construct three, 18-hole golf courses, two short courses, a Himalayas-style putting green & two driving ranges over 1200 acres. The West Course, designed by Gil Hanse & Jim Wagner opened in late 2023 while the Fazio/Davis Course opened in late 2024 with its 55+ acre driving range, recently voted "Best Practice Facility" by Golf Digest. The West Course, designed by Kyle Phillips is in the final stages of construction & grow in & will open later this fall. The main driving range encompasses over 55acres, has 360* of tee space, 7 acres of shortgame area. The West & South Courses are blanketed with TifTuff turf & TifEagle greens, while the North Course has Tifgrand shortcut. The Par 4 Course, which will open in late spring of 2026, will have Citrazoy zoysia roughs, Tiftuff shortcut. Rainbird IC irrigation will be utilized on all courses along with John Deere equipment. The West Course Turf Care Facility, (21,000ft2) along with the East Turf Care Facility (40,000ft2) are fully operational & state of the art. The club is also in the process of constructing 2 clubhouses, 50+ cottages, spa/fitness center & will also have fishing, tennis, walking trails & pickleball.
-Smaller staff. Believe it or not, this is a positive for someone with less managerial experience because by default, you will be pushed into a role that requires you to be a leader, take charge & learn about staff management.

Job Requirements
Recent graduate, recent internship. Someone with at least 1 year of experience above a "Groundman."
2-4 year Turfgrass degree or enrolled in turfgrass classes
Positive attitude, ready to learn & experience all phases of golf grow in & maintenance.
