Assistant-in-Training

 Miromar lakes golf club is currently looking for a motivated and energetic AIT to join our team.  The golf course was designed by Art Hills, and opened in 2001. The course was renovated in 2017 by Drew Rogers.   The course closes July and August for renovations and cultural practices.  This summer the driving range will be completely renovated.   Plans are currently underway to build an additional maintenance building and renovate the existing facility. The responsibilities of the AIT include irrigation tasks, project supervision and extensive IPM duties.  The perspective candidate will have exposure to all aspects of warm season turf management, landscape management and crew supervision.  Typical work week are 40-45 hours with one weekend shift a month.
