Golf Course Mechanic
We are seeking an experienced Golf Course Mechanic to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of all golf course equipment. This role is critical in ensuring our mowers, utility vehicles, and mechanical tools operate at peak performance to meet PGA-level turf standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel, electric, and gasoline-powered golf course equipment.
- Expertly grind, adjust, and maintain reel mowers.
- Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program within budget.
- Keep accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Prioritize and schedule equipment repair and maintenance work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
- Respond to on-course repair needs as necessary.

Experience Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Equipment Manager Golf Course Mechanic
Expertise with reel mowers and equipment from Toro, John Deere, Club Car, and Kubota.
Strong understanding of engines, hydraulics, pumps, and electronics.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied weather conditions.
Keeps accurate, complete and timely records of repair work performed.
Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines.
Valid driver’s license.
Willingness to work some weekends and holidays.
