Golf Course Superintendent
Job Details
Dublin Country Club (DCC) in Dublin, Georgia, is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent to plan and supervise the maintenance of our 18 hole golf course and assure that it is in the finest possible playing condition at all times regardless of the season. We have TifEagle Greens and Bermuda Fairways and the course is known throughout Middle GA for its course conditioning and playability. There are also tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a beautiful clubhouse featuring excellent dining and year-round social events.
- Manage daily operations of the golf course maintenance team, ensuring the course is maintained to the highest standards - Pesticide Application License preferred
- Develop and implement agronomic programs for turfgrass management, pest control, fertilization, and irrigation
- Maintain and manage budgets for labor, materials, and equipment
- Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance staff
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair schedules
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

Job Requirements
Two years’ experience as a Golf Superintendent or 1st Assistant or observed performance demonstrating the skills and abilities to excel in the position.
Two-year Degree, Certificate in Turf Management (or related field, such as agronomy, horticulture, plant science, soil science) or extensive experience.
