Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Duties are physically demanding and require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate maintenance equipment, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Previous landscaping or turf experience is a plus, but not required, on the job training will be provided. Must have a valid driver’s license.
