Job Details
Waterview Golf Club is an 18-hole high end daily fee golf course located 12 miles east of Plano, Texas in Rowlett. Waterview Golf Club is 220 acres of maintained turf that includes a 3-hole practice center and driving range. In 2019, Waterview completed a full greens renovation with the installation of Tiff-Eagle Ultra-dwarf and a complete bunker redesign/reconstruction. A healthy operations budget is in place to ensure success. This is a full-time on site position with a company looking to grow and expand within Texas.

Job Requirements
Experience Requirements
Successful Ultra Dwarf and Hybrid Bermuda experience preferred
2-4 years as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
Hands-on Leader with commitment to improving
Computer skills with Word, Excel or ability to learn
Valid Drivers License
State regulated pesticide license or certificate or ability to obtain
Highly motivated individual with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
RainBird Irrigation experience or ability to learn
Strong communication skills
Spanish speaking a plus
Educational Requirements
2 or 4 Year Degree in Turf or related field preferred
Certificate with exceptional professional experience considered
Commitment to continuing education, local GCSA membership encouraged
