Branch Manager – Weed Man Lawn Care (Elyria / Cleveland, OH)
Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year + performance-based bonus

About the Position:
Be a part of a growing, multi-unit Weed Man Lawn Care group with great opportunities for advancement. We are looking for a coachable, driven individual to lead our Cleveland, OH branch.

This role combines two key focuses: leading our off-season door-to-door lead generation program and managing day-to-day production operations. You will have a strong support team handling sales, customer service, and HR so you can focus on building a great local team and servicing our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the door-to-door lead generation team

• Manage two Service Managers and a technical team of 15+ employees

• Drive production goals, efficiency, and quality standards

• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing field staff

• Track performance and execute growth plans with ownership support

Qualifications:

• Coachable, driven, and goal-oriented

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Highly organized with the ability to hold others accountable

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ohio pesticide license or ability to obtain one
