Job Details
Burlingame Country Club is an 18 hole private, member owned golf course in the mountains of Western North Carolina. The Assistant/Spray Tech position will be responsible for applying all chemical and fertilizer applications, as well as taking part in managing the golf maintenance crew. Weekend work should be expected. A North Carolina Ground Pesticide Applicator license is required within the first 90 days. Burlingame Country Club is in the beginning stages of a 2 phase renovation including: new greens and greens complexes, new irrigation, new pump stations, drainage, new tees, new maintenance facility, etc. This job opening is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain knowledge in construction/grow-in conditions as well as maintaining a high end private golf course while furthering their career in the golf course maintenance business.

Job Requirements
2-4 years of Golf Course work is preferred. Previous chemical application experience is preferred. Must know how to operate a variety of golf course equipment.
Highschool diploma or GED required.
We are looking for someone who is able to lift materials that may be 50lbs or more. Be in good enough shape to perform manual labor with no issues. Must have a drivers license and a reliable form of transportation.
