Shop Technician

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shop Technician located in St. Croix Falls, WI. The Shop Technician will be responsible for manufacturing professional spray equipment, performing maintenance and repairs on current equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues, and ensuring that equipment is in optimal working condition before selling.

Additional duties may include communicating effectively with team members, maintaining a clean work environment, driving to/from local parts shops, customer service professional conduct and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks, specifically on light-duty equipment
• Hands-on experience with shop tools
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for mechanical and technical issues
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and customers
• Prior experience in a similar role, or any farming experience, is a plus
