Turf Equipment Technician

MTE is seeking to expand our service department, we are looking for a motivated, experienced individual to join our team as an in house service mechanic at our New Milford CT location. The primary purpose of this job is to provide service of equipment sold by MTE. Equipment includes Jacobsen Turf Equipment, Husqvarna Robotics, Ventrac Tractors, Giant Loaders, and more. The individual who takes this job must be a highly skilled equipment mechanic, capable of working on hydraulic, diesel and electrical systems.
Pay scale is negotiable based on experience.
Experience Requirements:
-5 years or more general mechanical experience
-5 years or more Diesel engine experience
-Hydraulic/Electrical repair experience
-Some certifications preferred but not required
Special Requirements:
-Must be physically fit enough to handle the demands of the job.
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more from the ground
-You must have a valid drivers License
