Diamond Creek Golf Club invites applications from motivated, career-driven individuals for the role of Second Assistant Superintendent. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate or emerging turf professional seeking to develop the skills and experience necessary to excel within a premier private-club environment.

Working closely with the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents, you will gain comprehensive exposure to the daily execution of championship-caliber agronomy. Through structured mentorship, you will contribute to staff leadership, daily course conditioning, chemical and fertility programs, and moisture management. We are seeking an individual ready to commit to the next stage of their professional development and prepare for future Assistant-level leadership.
