Red Tail Golf Club is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Superintendent to join a fast-paced, hands-on agronomy operation at our 18-hole public golf facility. The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent to oversee daily maintenance operations, manage staff, and help deliver consistent, high-quality playing conditions. Job Requirements
Experience Requirements
2+ years at the Assistant Superintendent level or equivalent
Educational Requirements
Degree or coursework in turfgrass management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Special Requirements
MA pesticide applicator's license / ability to obtain with-in 90 days
