Full-Time | Seasonal (March–November)
$30–$35 per hour
Elite Turf is a fast-growing, premium lawn care company based in Woodbury, CT. We specialize in customized lawn fertilization programs, seeding services, and tick control. Our mission is to deliver exceptional turf results paired with outstanding customer service.
We are currently seeking an experienced Lawn Care Technician who takes pride in their work, values attention to detail, and enjoys working outdoors.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform professional lawn care applications, including fertilizers and pesticide products, following written and verbal instructions
- Accurately maintain application and service records using company systems
- Complete daily vehicle and equipment inspections as part of our preventative maintenance program
- Safely operate a non-CDL truck with trailer
- Safely operate lawn application and turf care equipment
- Represent Elite Turf professionally while working at customer properties
- Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs regularly

Connecticut Pesticide Applicator’s License (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment and vehicles
Educational Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of lawn care or turf management experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Willingness to learn turf diagnostics with guidance from a supervisor
Professional attitude with strong communication skills
