Job Details
JAs a Robotic Mower Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in promoting, servicing, and supporting robotic mowers for golf courses and sports turf applications. You’ll work independently repairing customer mowers AND directly with customers to ensure their machines operate at peak performance through maintenance, repairs, and hands-on training.
You will have a shop to work out of, but will be expected to be mobile and travel to customers (sometimes daily) when needed to assist with service calls, installations, demo set up and take down.

Job Requirements
No prior experience required. We’re looking for candidates with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in learning new technology. Full training will be provided. Not required but a plus if you have mechanical aptitude and interest in technology, robotics, or automation.
General Requirements
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Basic computer skills required to complete daily work orders and documentation
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to drive to customer locations as needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
BONUS
Previous experience servicing small engines, electrical systems, or outdoor power equipment a plus
Previous experience in the golf or sports turf industry a Plus
Familiarity with turfgrass management practices or golf course maintenance operations
Technical & Mechanical Skills
Assist with setting up product demos, installations, repairs, and routine maintenance, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Ability to perform preventative maintenance on robotic mowers, including cleaning, inspection, and routine part replacement.
Comfortable diagnosing mower issues, opening equipment, and completing mechanical and electrical repairs.
Ability to replace damaged or worn‐out components using proper tools and procedures.
Capable of using a computer or tablet to complete digital work orders, update service records, and manage daily tasks.
Customer Interaction & Communication
Ability to take incoming customer calls professionally and provide clear, helpful support.
Strong communication skills for training customers on mower operation, care, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Comfortable calling customers with service updates, repair status, and scheduling information.
Collaborative mindset with a focus on both internal teamwork and external customer relationships.
Organization & Time Management
Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Able to manage personal parts inventory, track usage, and request replenishment as needed.
Strong organizational skills for documenting work performed, maintaining accurate service logs, and managing multiple customer appointments.
