Overview
The Lawn Care Technician will provides service to customers by making timely lawn/landscape applications, diagnosing and correcting lawn/landscaping problems through service calls and other communication.
Responsibilities
Applies fertilizers and pesticides to lawns according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions.
Measures the lawn of potential customers to provide an accurate estimate of Landscaping by J. Michael lawn care service.
Safely operates and maintains equipment such as aerators, spreaders and seeders to aerate and seed lawns.
Completes production reports, new sales forms and other notices as required daily.
Maintains vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety and general maintenance.
Special Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Applicators License
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card
- Ability to complete work with minimal supervision

Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of previous lawn care experience required
Prior landscaping experience preferred
Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Minimum of High School Diploma
Current Massachusetts Applicators License
Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card
Ability to complete work with minimal supervision
