We are looking for an individual who is motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. This individual will join the rest of our maintenance staff to produce the best possible playing conditions for our guests on a daily basis.

Byrncliff Resort is a public 18 hole golf resort nestled the in the hills of Wyoming County, NY. The Golf course sits spaciously on 175 acres with an additional 200 acres of forest and agricultural fields. The maintenance facility at Byrncliff is comprised of a 4,000 sq ft heated work space and employee break room with offices and a 3600 sq ft cold storage area. We currently have a wide variety of new and well maintained turf equipment for all segments of golf course maintenance. The irrigation system is a well maintained 2001 Rainbird decoder system with stratus II software and flo-tronix pump station.

This position will work closely with the superintendent on a daily basis to maintain the golf course. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Proficient in irrigation troubleshooting and repair

• Fertilizer and pesticide applications

• Daily course set up

• Training of Staff

• All other general golf course practices.

This is a seasonal position that will run from April through October
