Assistant Superintendent
Job Details
Tatnuck Country Club is looking to strengthen its grounds department team with a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual. We are a 9-hole private country club in the hills of Worcester, Massachusetts that strives for perfection each day to give our members and guests the best experience possible. Founded in 1898, Tatnuck was one of the first 100 golf clubs established in the United States. The course features the beauty and challenge of a 9-hole Donald Ross design with good shots being rewarded and bad ones being penalized. Our members and guests also enjoy a putting green, short game area, and a driving range. The racquets program at the club is alive and growing! We also maintain four clay tennis courts, two pickle ball courts, and two platform tennis courts. The club just started a master renovation plan with architect Nick Campanelli of Campanelli Golf and golf historian and design consultant, Bradley Klein. Sean Hanley with On-Course Golf will be here this spring to begin work. The Assistant Superintendent will be heavily involved with project management. We will be completing the plan using contractors but also doing projects in-house. It is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to get golf course construction experience.
