Job Details
Boca Woods Country Club is a member‑owned, gated community consisting of 645 homes and two 18‑hole championship golf courses: the Woods Course and the Lakes Course.
The Woods Course, originally designed by Joe Lee, was renovated in 2024 by Rees Jones and features TifEagle greens, TifGrand collars, and Celebration Bermuda throughout tees, fairways, approaches, and rough.
The Lakes Course, redesigned by Kipp Schulties in 2012, includes MiniVerde greens and Celebration Bermuda surfaces.
The community also offers a recently renovated 78,000‑square‑foot clubhouse, seven Har‑Tru tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a full‑service fitness and spa facility, and an award‑winning golf shop.
The annual golf maintenance budget is $4.6 million.

Job Requirements
Minimum of three years of management experience leading teams.
Experience with warm‑season grasses preferred.
Strong communication and team‑building skills.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Reports directly to the Director of Agronomy.
Recruit, train, and schedule staff for the Woods Course.
Assist in developing and implementing the agronomic program.
Manage operations within the approved budget.
