Seasonal Intern

Nashawtuc Country Club is currently looking to hire a summer intern for the 2026 season. This position is designed to expose candidates to the daily responsibilities of an Assistant Superintendent, while working alongside our team of Assistants and Superintendent. Our goal of this internship is to help you obtain the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful in the golf course industry.

Duties:

•         Water management
•         Project management
•         Course set up
•         Mowing of greens, tees, fairways, etc.
•         Fertilizing (calibration and application)
•         Crew management (training and leading)
•         Equipment operation
•         Irrigation repair
•         Tee construction
