Sports Turf Services is looking for a reliable, motivated all-round superintendent to join our small, tight-knit team. This is a key role within the company for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and enjoys a variety of tasks rather than doing the same thing every day.

We work across golf courses and sports facilities throughout Georgia and surrounding states, delivering high-quality turf services using advanced, specialist equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a true hands-on role, combining machinery operation with manual work and customer interaction.

• Operating specialist turf equipment including:

  • Heavy aerators

  • Managing our school maintenance contracts

  • Tractor Driving

  • Topdressers and turf renovation equipment

  • Spraying

• Light construction and groundwork tasks

• Towing and maneuvering 30-ft trailers

• Driving company vehicles including Ford F-250s

• Equipment care, servicing, cleaning, and basic maintenance

• Working directly with clients on site and responding to their needs

• Manual labor as required — this is not just sitting on equipment all day

• Long days when required, balanced by good team culture and variety

• Enjoys variety and working at different sites
