The Bay Hill Club & Lodge has as opening for the position of Assistant Superintendent.
Home to the PGA Tour's Arnold Palmer Invitational - this will offer a great learning experience and networking opportunities. The Management Team consists of of a Director of Grounds, Superintendent, Senior Assistant Superintendent, and this position.
The Assistant Superintendent assists in managing a staff of 40 employees for 27 Holes of Golf and other areas included within the 300 acre property. Primary focus would be Fertilizer & Pesticide Applications, Irrigation Repair, and Special Projects. This position is also required to rotate in coverage in being the Supervisor on Duty for weekends (every 3 weeks).
The Team at Bay Hill works hard and is driven with the goal of "constant improvement". But equally important is in having fun while in that pursuit.
This position is given the opportunity annually to Volunteer at another PGA Tournament and to visit/work for one week at our sister property in Pennsylvania - Latrobe Country Club.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience working in golf course maintenance.
College Degree in applicable field preffered.
Must be a Team Player with a strong Work Ethic.
