What is new in the development of cool-season turfgrass for golf?

Penn State turfgrass breeder David Huff, Ph.D., discusses some of the new cool-season turf varieties that are being developed, their traits and why they are a better choice today for golf course superintendents.

The presentation will include information on several varieties that Huff has developed, including Pure Eclipse creeping bentgrass, a seeded Poa annua and several bents currently in NTEP trials.
